智通财经APP讯，中南股份(000717.SZ)公告，公司拟将水渣管状皮带机相关资产以5849.72万元协议转让给广东韶钢嘉羊新型材料有限公司(简称“韶钢嘉羊”)。交易双方各自履行审批程序后，将共同签署《资产转让协议》。本次交易有利于公司盘活存量资产，实现资金回笼，预计可实现资产处置收益约90万元。
