汪由敦（1692年-1758年），原名汪良金，字师苕，又号谨堂、松泉居士，安徽休宁人。乾隆十一年（1746年），他成为军机大臣，乾隆二十三年（1758年）去世。乾隆皇帝亲自前往吊唁，追赠汪由敦为太子太师，谥号文端，并入选贤良祠。汪由敦学识渊深，文辞雅正，擅长书法，著有《松泉集》。
