《科创板日报》19日讯，今日，字节跳动发布全员邮件，加大对高绩效人才的激励力度，针对高绩效员工发放更多期权。最新调整为，字节跳动上调了年终激励的月数上限——即拿到较好绩效的员工，相比以往的同等绩效，可能获得更多月数的绩效期权激励。新的激励方案将在2024全年绩效评估中正式应用。（记者 张洋洋）
