“无锡发布”微信公众号11月19日消息，2023年3月，车城智联携文远知行在无锡投运50辆无人驾驶小巴，并开启定路线运营、定制班次服务、临时专项接驳等多场景应用。近日，在网约模式下没有安全员的纯无人网约小巴正式上线，乘客可以通过微信小程序“车城智联”实现手机预约、线上购票等一系列操作。
