财联社11月17日电，据塔斯社17日报道，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队负责法律事务的副总司令阿里·沙姆哈尼将军说，美国应就对德黑兰实施的制裁向伊朗赔偿1万亿美元损失。报道称，伊朗国防部新闻局援引沙姆哈尼将军的话说：“美国人应该向伊朗支付1万亿美元赔偿金，以弥补他们阻碍我国发展造成的损失。” (参考消息)
