11月16日，山东济南，个人消费者自今年7月25日始，转让本人名下旧乘用车，并在山东省内汽车销售企业购置新能源车或燃油车（均为新车），且在山东省内完成车辆注册登记，给予一次性定额补贴，最晚截至今年12月31日，具体结束时间根据国家统一部署。
