12日，国务院公布《关于修改 <全国年节及纪念日放假办法> 的决定》（以下简称《办法》）， 自2025年1月1日起施行，同时公布2025年部分节假日安排。
《办法》修改前，我国全体公民放假的节日是7个，共放假11天。此次修改后，7个节日共放假13天。
