新京报贝壳财经讯 11月7日，三花智控公告，拟终止境外发行全球存托凭证（GDR）并在瑞士证券交易所（SIX Swiss Exchange）挂牌上市的计划。2024年11月4日，公司与保荐人中信证券向深交所提交了撤回申请文件。近日，公司收到深交所出具的决定，深交所决定终止对公司申请发行GDR境内新增基础股票的审核。
