格隆汇11月3日｜大众汽车首席执行官奥利弗·布鲁姆在周日的采访中表示，为了解决大众汽车“数十年的结构性问题”，成本削减计划是不可避免的。他说：“欧洲市场需求疲软等问题表明大众汽车存在数十年的结构性问题。”他表示，在德国的运营成本是影响大众汽车的主要拖累因素，“我们必须大幅降低在德国的成本。”
