据央视新闻消息，当地时间11月1日，总台记者获悉，日本政府与欧盟当天在东京签署“安全保障及防卫伙伴关系”协议。协议将于明年1月起生效。
此前，日本新任防卫大臣中谷元与北约多国国防部长在布鲁塞尔举行会晤，围绕加强合作展开细节磋商。（总台记者 柏春洋）
