海南大学研究团队在探究miR-9对犬内皮细胞迁移的调控作用相关研究中，使用RFect小核酸转染试剂将miR-9 mimics转染到原代犬内皮样细胞中。qRT-PCR结果显示，使用RFect小核酸转染试剂成功转染miR-9 mimics后，原代犬内皮样细胞中miR-9的表达相比对照组显著上调。
