观点网讯：10月29日，中信银行股份有限公司发布公告称，胡罡先生的董事任职资格已获国家金融监督管理总局核准，批复编号为金复﹝2024﹞693号，核准日期为2024年10月28日。
胡罡先生已于同日就任中信银行执行董事，并自该日起担任第七届董事会风险管理委员会委员。
