10月29日消息，越南电动车制造商VinFast在声明中表示，同阿联酋驾驶公司（Emirates Driving）签署谅解备忘录，后者将领导财团投资VinFast。
阿联酋驾驶还将为VinFast提供驾驶培训和道路安全方面的专业知识，并开发电动车生态系统。
