据媒体援引知情人士的话报道，Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.(KDP.US)已同意以超过10亿美元的价格收购功能饮料制造商Ghost。该报称，Keurig将以约9.9亿美元的初始现金投资收购Ghost 60%的股份，后者销售Sour Patch Kids和Warheads等饮料。该公司计划在2028年收购剩余的40%股份。
据报道，这笔交易预计将在周四晚些时候Keurig公布季度业绩时宣布。该公司表示，这将是自2018年以近190亿美元现金收购Dr PepperSnapple Group以来，Keurig最大的一笔交易。
