据多家媒体10月23日消息，美国芯片制造商Wolfspeed表示，因电动汽车需求放缓，公司已搁置在德国恩斯多夫建设200毫米碳化硅晶圆厂的计划。
Wolfspeed此前曾于6月宣布推迟建厂。该项目原定耗资27.5亿欧元。
