证券时报e公司讯，方盛制药(603998)10月23日晚间公告，当日，公司与江西远超医药科技有限公司（简称“远超医药”）签订药品上市许可转让协议书，决定以3000万元转让“跌打活血胶囊”药品品种的所有权。该药品品种所有权包括但不限于药品上市许可持有人、该品种的药品研制原始资料、药品处方、生产工艺和质量标准、再注册资料、相关知识产权等所有权。
