10月23日，山东济南，多米秀北园红星美凯龙店闭店后，迟迟不向消费者交付订制家具。消费者提起诉讼，法院审理认为，相关经营者涉嫌经济犯罪，一审法院驳回起诉，将材料转交公安机关。法院裁定后，被告提起上诉，10月22日，法院终审裁定驳回被告上诉，维持原裁定。裁定书显示，10月21日，公安部门已出具受案登记表。
