为进一步改善营商环境、促进跨境电商零售进口贸易便利化，从今天（10月22日）起，国家在部分地区开展跨境电商零售进口关税保证保险试点。跨境电商进口企业仅凭保险公司出具的“保单”就可以办理货物通关放行手续。
