据南综法罚决字〔2024〕第13030号：2024年09月30日查，当事人青岛岩发建筑工程有限公司在费县路20号未按照规定取得证明，在噪声敏感建筑物集中区域夜间进行产生噪声的建筑施工作业。
青岛市市南区综合行政执法局对青岛岩发建筑工程有限公司处以罚款1万元。
