美国一热气球撞倒无线电塔！10月11日，美国新墨西哥州“阿尔伯克基国际热气球节”上，一热气球撞倒无线电塔，三人平安。该热气球由雷文工业航星公司制造，与美军有合作。此前，同塔曾在2004年热气球节被缠绕，乘客爬下。本届还发生热气球刮断电线，致1.3万用户断电事故。
