据韩国足协官方消息，黄喜灿、严智星因伤离队，李昇祐、文宣民递补入选韩国国家队。
韩国足球协会在12日表示：“黄喜灿的左脚踝受伤，严智星的左膝受伤，因此他们将无法参加与伊拉克的世预赛第四轮比赛，并将离开本期韩国国家队。”
“为填补黄喜灿和严智星的空缺，洪明甫教练选择了前锋李昇祐和文宣民（均来自全北现代）。”
