新京报贝壳财经讯 10月3日，北京住房公积金管理中心发布消息，为落实9月26日中央政治局会议精神，根据市委市政府要求，回应群众关切，公积金中心加大住房公积金贷款支持力度，对京籍二孩以上家庭购房，住房公积金可贷款额度将上浮40万元，最高可贷到160万，更好满足居民刚性住房需求和多样化改善性住房需求。
