受今年第13号台风“贝碧嘉”影响，9月17日至19日河南永城出现特大暴雨，多条河流水位超过汛限水位，给群众生活生产带来不利影响，当地迅速展开灾害处置和生产自救，目前，当地生产生活秩序正有序恢复。
