格隆汇9月30日丨重庆水务(601158.SH)公布，公司拟吸收合并全资子公司重庆市渝水水务机械有限公司（简称机械公司）和重庆水务集团教育科技有限责任公司（简称教育公司）。本次吸收合并完成后，机械公司、教育公司依法注销，其资产、债权、债务、业务由公司新设相应分公司承继。
