9月30日，康明斯中国宣布，自2024年10月1日起，康明斯零部件事业部的发动机零部件业务将和软件与电子业务合并，成立康明斯中国发动机零部件与软件业务。随着这一调整，现任康明斯中国发动机零部件业务总经理刘栋梁将扩大职责范围，出任康明斯中国发动机零部件与软件业务总经理，任命将于2024年10月1日起生效。
