9月29日，为深入贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署，回应群众关切，促进房地产市场平稳健康发展，经广州市人民政府同意，取消居民家庭在本市购买住房的各项限购政策。本通知自2024年9月30日起正式实施，原有政策与本通知不一致的，按本通知执行。
