智通财经APP讯，圣湘生物(688289.SH)公告，公司近日收到公司实际控制人兼董事长戴立忠出具的《关于提议增强股东分红回报暨落实公司2024年度“提质增效重回报”行动方案的函》。
戴立忠提议：自2024年度起至2026年度，公司每年以现金方式分配的利润(含当年度中期分红及年度分红)不低于人民币3亿元(含税)，连续三年以现金方式累计分配的利润不低于人民币9亿元(含税)。
