知情人士消息，北京现代计划分为二批次进行人员优化。其中，第一批将在今年11月左右结束；第二批或在明年2月前完成，涉及员工预计占北京现代员工总数的30%左右。“目前，北京现代正在进行第一批（优化员工）的谈话。”对于上述消息，现代中国表示，“并没有听说”；北京现代方面未对此作出正面回应。
