格隆汇9月29日｜美国活跃投资基金管理公司Elliott旗下关连企业Amber以73亿美元，赢得曾属于委内瑞拉国营石油公司PDV的美国炼油商Citgo。根据美国特拉华商业法院指派特别管理人Robert Pincus周五发出的公告，本轮竞标结束，Amber以最高出价赢得Citgo。收购建议仍须法官Leonard Stark批准后方才生效。其他竞标者可以向法官提出异议。向PDV追讨200亿美元的债权人向法院提出呈请后，法院安排标售Citgo。
