财联社9月27日电，爱玛科技公告，因自身资金需求，公司副总经理罗庆一拟通过集中竞价方式或大宗交易方式合计减持不超过67.375万股，减持比例不超过公司总股本的0.0782%；副总经理、财务总监郑慧拟通过集中竞价方式或大宗交易方式合计减持不超过45.5万股，减持比例不超过公司总股本的0.0528%。减持期间为本减持计划公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内。
