9月24日上午，在山东海阳市附近海域，由中国运载火箭技术研究院抓总研制的捷龙三号遥四运载火箭竖立在“东方航天港号”发射船上。随着点火指令发出，捷龙三号运载火箭尾焰喷薄而出，采用“太空拼车”的方式，将天仪41星、星时代-15卫星等八颗卫星送入500公里高度的太阳同步轨道，海阳第十三次海上发射任务取得圆满成功。
