药明康德9月24日公告，截至2024年9月24日，受托人根据公司指示通过市场内交易方式实施《2024年H股奖励信托计划》项下的H股股票购买，累计使用资金10亿港元，购买股份数为27,478,428股，占公司截至本公告日总股本的约0.94%，前述购买的H股股票将作为《2024年H股奖励信托计划》项下基本授予条件（即集团于2024年实现的营业收入达到人民币383亿元或以上）达成后向选定参与者授予奖励的股份来源。
