9月23日，DC电影官方宣布《小丑2：双重妄想》国内定档10月16日上映，比欧美地区（10月4日）晚了12天。该片由托德·菲利普斯执导，华金·菲尼克斯、Lady Gaga主演，主要讲述了阿卡姆疯人院心理医生哈莉·奎茵爱上她的病人亚瑟·弗莱克的故事。
