证券时报e公司讯，东望时代(600052)9月22日晚间公告，持股11.59%的股东新岭科技拟通过协议转让方式以3.8元/股的价格将其持有的公司5909.36万股股份（占公司总股本的7%）转让给复创信息，转让总价款为2.25亿元。本次权益变动后，复创信息持有公司7%股份。
