现年31岁阿利松在2015年与同样来自巴西的医生Natália Loewe结婚，目前他们育有三个孩子，女儿出生于2017年，两个儿子分别出生于2019年和2021年。

照片中阿利松剃光了之前的络腮胡，显得更加年轻。
