证券时报e公司讯，北京科锐(002350)9月18日晚间公告，公司为优化产业布局与资源配置，改善资产结构，公司拟以3400万元将参股公司北京合众慧能科技股份有限公司（简称“合众慧能”）28.3761%的股权转让给欧科电（北京）科技有限公司。转让完成后，公司将不再持有合众慧能股权。
