新京报贝壳财经讯 9月18日，海南省发展控股有限公司公告称，近日，海南控股通过签署股份转让协议的形式收购神舟能源及新铭香港股份，收购完成后神舟能源及新铭香港控股股东将变更为海南控股，实际控制人将变更为海南省国有资产监督管理委员会。
