跨境电商物流服务品牌，总部设于迪拜，在杭州、深圳等地建有技术研发中心，主营业务涵盖跨境直邮小包、目的国快递清关、头程干线物流、末端派送、空海运服务等。

【职位描述】

Legal Documentation: Assist in the preparation, editing, and proofreading of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings, ensuring a high level of accuracy and proficiency in legal English language usage.

Research Support: Conduct thorough legal research under foreign legal systems and compile relevant information to support legal counsels in legal opinions, and strategic decision-making, presenting findings in clear and articulate written form.

Project Management: Organize and maintain project files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all documents are properly filed, and deadlines are met. Coordinate with both legal colleagues and business departments to track project developments through effective written and verbal communication.

Communication: Act as a liaison between the legal team and other internal departments, as well as external departments, by drafting and responding to routine correspondence with a focus on clarity and precision in English language expression.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

【职位要求】

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree with a major in law, or with a major in English and a minor in law.

Any of the following would be considered as a plus:

Overseas study experience.

Legal profession qualification certificate.

High score in an internationally recognized English language test.

Any other certification related to law, English, or translation.

Experience: Previous experience in a legal role is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures; good written skill in legal English.
