据多家美国媒体报道，13日公布的美国夏威夷州毛伊岛大火应对工作调查报告显示，当地政府机构在提前收到气象部门火灾风险警告的情况下，没有做好应对准备，包括对火灾风险判断错误，未制定应急计划等。
去年8月发生的这次火灾在毛伊岛造成上百人死亡，大片社区被烧毁。
