格隆汇9月13日丨贝肯能源(002828.SZ)公布，全资子公司贝肯能源（成都）有限责任公司将持有新疆昆仑石油集团有限公司（简称“昆仑集团”）认缴出资40,000万元，实缴出资200万元，对应昆仑集团40%股权，以人民币190万元的价格，转让给新疆正通石油天然气股份有限公司（简称“正通油气”）。
