9月11日，据高合汽车消息，华人运通江苏与上海公司拟就合并预重整案面向社会公开招募战略投资人，与时同时，华人运通投资有限公司、华人运通（山东）科技有限公司、高合（青岛）汽车销售服务有限公司拟就合并预重整案面向社会公开招募战略投资人。根据招募公告，战略投资人应具备与新能源汽车业务相适应的经营、管理和融资能力。报名期限均为截至2024年10月10日18:00（北京时间）前。
