推荐刘廷均为贵州钢绳（集团）有限责任公司副总经理人选。
建议梁鹏不再担任贵州钢绳（集团）有限责任公司副总经理职务。
以上人员职务调整按照《中华人民共和国公司法》和有关规定程序办理。
