云南省会泽县是国家中长跑项目及竞走项目的奥林匹克高水平后备人才基地。9月8日，首届“云南村跑”在该县举行，来自全国30个省（区、市）的2000多名参赛选手参赛，比赛设有20公里比赛、6.6公里比赛、100米田野赛和欢乐亲子跑等。
