9月5日，文一科技（600520.SH）公告称，董事会收到公司董事、副总经理曹玉堂的书面辞职报告。曹玉堂由于个人原因，向公司董事会申请辞去第八届董事会董事、副总经理职务，辞职后不再公司担任任何职务。
截至2024年9月5日收盘，文一科技今年以来股价下跌27.98%。2024年上半年，文一科技营业总收入为1.56亿元，较去年同报告期营业总收入减少1294.49万元。归母净利润为803.39万元，较去年同报告期归母净利润增加1.08亿元。
