格隆汇9月6日｜外媒引述消息人士称，派拉蒙环球(Paramount Global)主席莎丽·雷德斯通(Shari Redstone)在出售派拉蒙控制权的交易可获得1.8亿美元离职金。David Ellison与合伙人RedBird将以17.5亿美元向雷德斯通收购派拉蒙母公司National Amusements的八成权益。雷德斯通将保留两成权益。Ellison财团将向莎丽·雷德斯通支付7000万美元离职金，以及退休准备1.1亿美元。
