8月23日-25日，尚德融合部满怀期待地迎来了一群充满热情和梦想的新教师。他们毕业于全球知名学府，具有丰富的教学经验与卓越的教育背景，为尚德融合部注入了新的力量和智慧。

From August 23rd to 25th, SSES Integrated Department welcome a group of new teachers full of enthusiasm and dreams with great anticipation. Graduated from globally recognized universities, they bring with them a wealth of teaching experience and excellent educational backgrounds, and have served in important teaching positions, injecting new strength and wisdom into the department.

Opening Ceremony

在开幕仪式上，融合部校长姚可阶女士和外方校长 David Richardson 先生对新教师表示欢迎与期待。在David Richardson校长的引领下，新教师们探讨尚德使命宣言，并巧妙地将这些理念融入尚德Logo的设计中，既展现了他们对尚德教育理念的理解，也体现了独特创意。随后，新教师们通过体育团建活动“填字游戏”和“齐心协力”迅速破冰，紧密联系在一起，整个场地充满了欢声笑语。

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Jennifer Yao, Principal of the Integrated Department, and foreign Principal Mr. David Richardson welcomed the new teachers. Under the guidance of Mr. David Richardson, the new teachers discussed the mission statement of SSES and skillfully incorporated these concepts into the design of the school logo, which not only showed their understanding of our educational philosophy, but also embodied their unique creativity. Afterwards, the new teachers quickly broke the ice and bonded together through the sports building activities “Crossword Puzzle” and “Work Together”, which filled the venue with laughter.

在融合部资深导师的指导下，新教师们对融合课程展开了多维度的学习探索，从学部发展到伦理规范，从课程理念到教学设计，从师德师风到心灵关爱，全方面发展教师素养。

Under the guidance of the senior mentors of the Integrated Department, the new teachers have been exploring multi-dimensional learning of the program, from the development of the department to the ethical norms, from the concept of curriculum to the design of teaching and learning, and from the moral and ethical style of the teachers to the spiritual caring of the teachers, so as to develop the teachers' qualities in all aspects.

在培训最后一天，新教师们分别进行了8分钟的精彩说课，充分展现了他们的学习成果和专业素养。他们的表达清晰流畅，课程设计构思精巧。而到了下午的才艺展示环节，新教师们更是精神焕发，各展所长，他们的表现令人眼前一亮。

On the last day of the training, the new teachers each gave an 8-minute wonderful lesson presentation, fully demonstrating their learning achievements and professionalism. Their expressions were clear and fluent, and their lesson design was well conceived. When it came to the talent show in the afternoon, the new teachers were even more refreshed and showed their strengths, and their performance was eye-catching.

培训最后，新教师们分享了他们的培训收获，也呈现了作为尚德教师的期许。每一份收获，都将为新学期课堂注入生机与活力，每一份期许，则将引领他们在成长的旅途中坚定前行。

At the end of the training, the new teachers shared their gains from the training and also presented their expectations as teachers of SSES. Each harvest will inject vitality and vigor into the classroom in the new semester, and each expectation will lead them to move forward firmly in the journey of growth.
