当地时间9月3日，乌克兰国家铁路公司通报称，当天凌晨，俄军对乌克兰铁路设施发动了大规模袭击，苏梅州和第聂伯罗彼得罗夫斯克州的基础设施和机车车辆遭到袭击，没有人员伤亡。
俄方对此暂无回应。
