项目位于青岛市城阳区流亭街道赵红路以南、天康路以西，建设单位为青岛市城阳区流亭街道红埠社区股份经济合作社，拟建四层生产车间，规划用地面积为15724㎡，总建筑面积35564.36㎡，容积率为2.0。
