据天合光能官微，近期，天合光能在美国完成了一笔六年期无追索权的绿色项目融资银团贷款，总金额达到2.35亿美元，贷款行包括渣打银行，汇丰银行和法国兴业银行三家知名国际银行。本次融资是美国太阳能行业首批以无追索权方式进行融资的项目融资银团贷款，为天合光能在美国当地开发、建设和运营的大型太阳能光伏组件制造工厂提供了资金支持。
