财联社8月31日电，Hedin Electric Mobility公司当地时间8月30日宣布，比亚迪与Hedin Mobility集团达成协议，将比亚迪汽车及零配件在德国市场的经销权转让给比亚迪。作为买方的比亚迪与作为卖方的Hedin Mobility集团达成协议，Hedin Mobility将出售子公司Hedin Electric Mobility，即比亚迪汽车及零配件在德国市场的指定经销商。交易完成后，Hedin Automotive eMobility仍将是比亚迪在德国的授权零售商。该交易须经监管部门批准，预计将于2024年第四季度完成。
